Job Title: Sales Representative - Italy
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Italy - Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term relationships with clients. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve the customer experience and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle objections.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the similar position.
- Experience in the Travel Industry would bi nice to have.
- English as a bilingual (or full professional) ability is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time / Part-time position.
- Full remote.
- Travel may be required based on the specific use cases.
